Think of deterministic entropy as a reverse atom bomb. Sensitive data like PII and ISO 20022 payloads exist only as sharded entropic particles. These are scattered, meaningless fragments until authorized observation. Reassemble the original bit-perfect message via any preconfigured authorization method. No coherent, usable, or even readable data exists anywhere until it is summoned.
